1. Accepting These Terms
Paying for a plan or using any streaming app supplied by Best IPTV Ireland means you accept everything set out on this page. If you break these terms, we will cut off your access straight away and no refund will be due.
2. What You May and May Not Do
- Home use only: Your subscription is for private viewing in a household. Showing it to the public, for example in a pub, club or any business premises, rebroadcasting it without permission, or copying our network is not allowed.
- Connection limits: Every plan allows a fixed number of devices to stream at the same time. Sharing your account to get around that limit leads to an automatic IP ban.
3. Payment
Payments go through secure, encrypted providers run by third parties, and every plan is paid for up front. Nothing renews automatically, so if you want to keep watching without a break you need to renew before your current plan runs out.
4. Service Availability & Content
We aim to keep our servers running 99.9% of the time. Because content travels across the wider internet, though, we cannot promise that any single channel, sports fixture or on-demand title will always be available. The channel list can change at any moment depending on what our upstream sources provide.
5. Refunds
Any disagreement about payments or service quality is handled under our 60-day money-back rules. Please read it to see what qualifies for a refund during the 60-day period.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update, add to or narrow these terms whenever we see fit. If a change significantly affects how the service is delivered, we will email you at the address we hold for you. By carrying on using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
